Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is extremely simple. We will happily replace any item that is defective due to manufacturer error, or broken due to shipping. We will not refund the price of the item in part or in whole.

Claiming a Replacement Item

In order to claim a replacement of the defective or broken item, the customer must send the defective or broken item back to us, at the customer’s expense. Once the item has been inspected and found to be defective or broken, a replacement of the same or similar item will be shipped to the customer at our expense.

To claim a refund, use our Contact Page to inform us of the defective or broken item, and we will send you instructions for returning it to us.

Order Cancellations

Any order may be canceled at any time, up to the point of the order being processed. Once processed, the order is considered complete, and can no longer be canceled. Processing usually takes place once daily.

If you wish to cancel an order, immediately contact us through our Contact Page, and inform us that you wish to cancel the order. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the entire order, refund the amount and inform you by email. If the order has already been processed, we will inform you by email that the deadline for cancellation has passed.
